• We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders received on Fridays will be shipped the following week. Please consider this when placing your order.
  • A tracking number will be provided for all domestic orders (within the US). Orders can ONLY be tracked via this tracking number.
  • California orders will have sales tax of 9% added to the order total.
  • We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.
  • All products are described as accurately as possible.
  • Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
  • You are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.
  • Please note, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.



  • Standard Inventory includes products that we produce in advance and hold active inventory of.
  • Returned Orders // Subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Canceled Orders // You will incur a 15% handling fee if not yet shipped, this will be deducted from any refund, if requested.
  • Exchanges // If you want to exchange an item or if an item is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address it is your responsibility to pay for shipping the item again.
  • Audio and video may only be returned due to damages that arise from shipping.
  • Any defects due to manufacturing (i.e. skips, hisses, etc.) are not the responsibility of Church Of Merch unless we are notified by the manufacturer of a known defect.

If you would like to request an exchange, please follow this process carefully:

  • Please visit and click on the "Contact" link in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click the Returns & Exchanges link to begin filling out the required form.
  • Prepare your return package, being sure to include:
    • Your mailing address.
    • Your phone number.
    • A copy of your order confirmation email.
    • What you are returning and why.
    • A note within the package specifying your support ticket number.
    • How you would like us to handle your return or exchange.
  • All returns must be received by us just as you received them.
  • We will not be able to accept returns for product that has already been worn.

We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service which provides tracking or insurance.

  • NOTE: All returns must be received by us just as you received them.


  • Products on this site may be manufactured On Demand, meaning that product is produced for you once you order it.
  • On Demand Products cannot be exchanged for a different size, so please be sure to look carefully at the size charts.
  • On Demand Products are described to the best of our ability, however there may be slight differences from what you see on your screen.
  • Feel free to contact us with any and all questions prior to placing your order.


  • If you have received something that was damaged in transit, please do let us know. While we are not responsible for items damaged by USPS or DHL, we will do our best to accommodate you and may be able to help.
  • If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of receipt following the Return/Exchange Instructions below. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund if we are out of stock. If you have ordered incorrectly or are not happy with your purchase, please follow the Return/Exchange Instructions below (and on your packing slip). On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.
  • Please note: exchanges for limited edition items (such as colored vinyl, signed items, numbered editions, etc.) are subject to available inventory at the time of the receipt of the exchange. If your item is a CD or vinyl release, it must not be opened and remain sealed in its plastic wrapping to qualify for a refund or exchange. If we no longer have these limited items in stock you will be automatically given a refund.
  • Once your return has been received by us, we will exchange your item or credit your credit card accordingly. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Any apparel item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any CDs or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) unless it is defective
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • "Final Sale" items
  • Print-On-Demand items

If you send any of the products noted above back to us for an exchange, we will not be able to help you and you will need to either pay to reship your order, or we will simply refund you, minus the cost of shipping.

  • Average delivery time for domestic orders is 5-7 business days, but could take up to two weeks.
  • Average delivery time for international orders is 10-15 business days, but could take up to three weeks.
  • International shipping depends completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to.
