Show stopper quality and customer service

I ordered this poster–easily the show stopper in this poster series–for its artistic beauty and uncanny ability to capture the moody spirit of David Gilmour's musical genius. Simple and bold, the image is a deep matte black in execution... aesthetically perfect but less than ideal for durability. Saturated with so much ink, it's possible for even the tissue paper–which the poster is so carefully wrapped in–to scratch and leave an excruciatingly obvious mark...which unfortunately it did. However, customer service was fantastic to work with. Quick to respond and to ship me a replacement - which arrived without a blemish in even less time than it took the original. Buy this poster and cherish it. Buy the text poster to complement it. Rest easy knowing the customer service / replacement process is flawless if needed. My only wish would have been for a signed version to have been available. Imagine David Gilmour's and even Polly Samson's (who took the photo) signatures in silver ink against that rich black. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge...

    Like the matte black

The matte black is a neat contrast with the gloss orange. Gets a little lost after framing but keeps it blackest of blacks
